 SânzianaFilms is a film production company in London founded by Daniela Stemate, a fantasy storyteller, producer-writer-director.

 

Daniela grew up with stories told by her grandfather about heroes from Romanian folklore and Greek mythology in a communist era that banned them. Her quest is to reweave their truth into contemporary narratives.

Daniela is currently working on a Fantasy TV series, a few short films and a documentary.

​There are three reasons behind the name of SânzianaFilmS: the cultural background, the feminine aspect and the mythical as the creative source.
